Notice of Action: At its October 4, 2018 meeting, the State Board of Elections approved changes to Early Voting site from Dr. Carter Woodson School # 160 to Patapsco Elementary School and precincts 3-001, 3-002, 26-024, 26-025, 28-007 and 28-008 in Baltimore City, precinct 15-001 in Baltimore County and precinct 6-005 in Prince George’s County for the 2018 General Election. Notice of Action: At its August 23, 2018 meeting, the State Board of Elections approved a change to precinct 25-001 polling site in Washington County for the 2018 General Election. Notice of Action: At its July 19, 2018 meeting, the State Board of Elections approved polling place changes to precincts 04-017 and 04-030 in Montgomery County and 07-001 in Frederick County for the 2018 General Election and future elections. The Board also ratified emergency polling site changes required in Baltimore City and Baltimore County for the June 26th primary election. Notice of Action - The State Board of Elections considered a request to change a polling place in Montgomery County (moving precinct 04-030 from Richard Montgomery High School to B'Nai Israel Congregation). With a 3-2 vote, the motion to move the polling place for precinct 04-030 to B'Nai Israel Congregation for the primary election did not pass.
Notice of Action - At its April 12, 2018, 2 p.m. meeting, the State Board of Elections considered and approved changes to polling places in Allegany County (precinct 14-000) and Montgomery County (precinct 04-018) in addition to early voting site changes in Dorchester and Harford counties.
Notice of Action: At its January 18, 2018, 2 p.m. meeting, the State Board of Elections approved the location of an early voting center in Harford County and the final adoption of changes to exisiting regulations relating to campaign finance.
Notice of Action: At its December 7, 2017, 2 p.m. meeting, the State Board of Elections approved early voting center actions for these counties: the additional of two and the relocation of one for Anne Arundel; the addition of one and the relocation of one for Baltimore City; the addition of two for Baltimore County; the addition of one and the relocation of one for Montgomery; the addition of two for Prince George's; the relocation of one for Queen Anne's and the relocation of the only site for St. Mary's.

Notice of Action: At its October 26, 2017, 2 p.m. meeting, the State Board of Elections approved early voting center actions for these counties: a second site for Carroll, a fourth site for Howard, and the relocation of the prior sites for Dorchester and Washington.
The Board adopted proposed regulations that allow the local board of canvassers to accept a provisional ballot, if prior to the provisional ballot canvass, an absentee and provisional ballot are received from the same individual.
The Board reviewed the Ballot Marking Device 2016 General Election implementation strategy and voted to continue the same implementation strategy for the 2018 election.
