The State Board of Elections submitted a comprehensive plan to the Governor on April 3, 2020, for the administration of this election. On April 10, 2020, the Governor issued a proclamation ratifying the plan adopted by the State Board of Elections. This page has been updated to reflect the Governor’s Proclamation.
