: Denotes Winner of the Election: Denotes Winner of the ElectionTo amend the County Charter to provide: (A) a County Council vacancy shall be filled by a qualified person or person within One Hundred Twenty (120) days after the vacancy occurs; and (B) a vacancy may be filled from a list of four (4) persons submitted by the Local State Central Committee of the party of the vacating Councilperson; and (C) a vacancy of an unaffiliated Council member shall be filled by a qualified unaffiliated person.
