Ordinance No. 08-30 to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to borrow up to $16,000,000 to be used for the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, installation, erection, protection, extension, enlargement, renovation and modernization of, and additions to, public park or recreation land, property, buildings, structures or facilities and for the equipping thereof; and for doing any and all things necessary, proper or expedient in connection therewith.
