The members of the public may address the Board on any item on this agenda. Pursuant to §3.2B of the Board’s bylaws, public participation at a meeting must be pre-scheduled and pre-approved by the Chairman. To obtain approval to speak at a Board Meeting, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.
At this time, the State Board of Elections Meetings are being held by conference call and can be heard through a live stream video link that is accessed from the front page shortly before the scheduled meeting time. Public comments for the Board must be provided in writing and can be sent by email to email@example.com. To ensure time for review, written comments should be received no later than 5:00 pm the day before the meeting.
At the February 22, 2024 meeting, the State Board of Elections (SBE) will vote to approve a polling place plan submitted by a local board of elections in accordance with the Election Law Article. Additionally, SBE will vote to approve alternate early voting centers submitted by the local boards of elections.
