Question C

To amend the Charter to provide that the County Attorney must have at least 5 years experience in the general practice of law in the State of Maryland immediately prior to appointment;?to delete the residency requirement; to provide that the County Attorney may be removed from office by either: the Executive with the consent of a majority of the Council, or a two-thirds vote of the entire Council; and to provide that the County Attorney shall immediately forfeit office under specified circumstances.?
