Question A

Amending the Howard County Charter to allow the County Council to approve, by vote of two-thirds of its members, a maximum of two 30-day extensions of the 65-day deadline for considering bills that are before the Council. Currently the Council is limited to one 30-day extension by a two-thirds vote.
