Refuse Disposal Borrowing
AN ORDINANCE to authorize and empower Baltimore County, Maryland to borrow $15,000,000 for refuse disposal projects, including but not limited to the construction, reconstruction, improvement, acquisition, repair, and modernization of county refuse disposal facilities, to be undertaken pursuant to Sections 705(a) and 718 of the Baltimore County Charter.
